THE HAVEN at the Rock’n H Resort is a work in progress and a labor of love.

Numerous stories have been told to us by people about this acreage. It used to be a chicken/egg farm that employed several folks in the area. So, we kept to the “roots” of the property and named our lodgings the Nest, Roost, and Coop.

The main building or Hen House, as we call it, was built in the 1950’s and was the nicest home in town. Over time and several changes in ownership, it was ready for renovation, as well as a major clean-up efforts of the chicken farm. With vision, a shovel, and a lot of work the grounds have been transformed into a beautiful park-like setting.

Jim & Missy’s creativity and hard work for the last eight years have been very rewarding and we will continue to improve the property and services we offer.
